Normal support hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, EDT. We are closed on national holidays. Customers needing help during other hours are advised to contact support ahead of time and make arrangements. Technical support personnel carry beepers during off hours, to maintain server and communication availability.
