Hosting Options
Virtual server
Using VMWare, we create a virtual server for your FirstClass installation. This option allows greater flexibility and control. Best suited for long-time FirstClass users, who want greater administrative power or customers with over 1000 users. Also, this option is used for those customers who have a FirstClass server that they want us to host.
Shared server
Enjoy substantial savings for your organization. Share a server with other FirstClass customers. This is a lower-cost solution, best suited for small schools or new FirstClass users. Peace of mind - we do most of the administration for you.

FirstClass Hosting Support Options:
Gold or Full Admin Support
We do all FirstClass administration and support the school technology staff (who deal directly with the teachers, staff, and students). This support includes setting up new users, creating shared conferences & calendars, and setting permissions. It also includes unlimited telephone & Internet support to the school technology staff, to help them use FirstClass more effectively.
Silver or Admin Assistance
Designated technology staff have FirstClass user admin or subadmin accounts & responsibilities, or use tools we've created that allow them to perform many of the subadmin functions. We do the higher-level admin tasks, such as group & model desktop creation. This model assumes you want control of the day-to-day FirstClass admin but need help on the tasks that only happen a few times a year. This support also includes unlimited telephone & Internet support to the technology staff.
Bronze or Limited Admin Support
(Only available on the virtual server hosting model)
Designated technology staff have admin and subadmin accounts and perform all normal FirstClass administration. We take care of technical hosting tasks, such as basic FirstClass functionality and software upgrades. We also assist the technology staff with difficult FirstClass questions. This limited level of support requires that you have staff who have completed FirstClass Administrator training.
