Acquiring the latest client for your FirstClass system is a 2 step process:
A. First download and install the client
B. Then configure the client to go to your designated server.
How to enter server information into FirstClass Client
Step 1: Download and install the latest version of FirstClass Client.
Step 2: Open FirstClass client. A login window should appear. It may not look identical to the one below.
Step 3: Click on the “Advanced” button.
Step 4: In the“Address” field, enter the server name. For Learning Networks' shared server or what if server, it will be “fc.learningnetworks.com” or “fc.whatifnet.com” depending on which server your account is hosted.
If your account is hosted on an independant or separate server, please consult with your location technology person in order to acquire the correct server name/address
Step 5: Click“Save”.
Now you can login to your server with your User ID and Password and get to your desktop.
Tip: You can enter your User ID into the “Setup…” area and click save. This information will now be saved for future logins.
